The recognition of a « digital right to be forgotten » by the Court of Justice of the European Union on 13 May 2014 has had a considerable impact, within doctrine as much as within the media. A year after the delivery of this judgment, many questions still remain and the controversies are still acute. Indeed, the consistency of the right as much as its repercussions give rise to debate.
