Review of the Case Law of the Supreme Court of the United States relating to Fundamental Rights (October 2014 – June 2016)

This periodical review of the decisions of the Supreme Court of the United States dealing with fundamental rights focuses on the most important decisions of the last two terms. Several important cases involved freedom of speech, same-sex marriage, abortion and the death penalty. A number of cases deal with the constitutional requirements that constrain criminal procedure.
